Head Coach Sean Shook
Shook previously was the head coach at Meridian High School (Bellingham, WA). He spent four seasons as the Trojan head coach with District appearances in his last three seasons and a state tournament berth in 2003. Shook was named the WCL Coach Of The Year in his final season with the Trojans. Shook has been in the coaching profession for over 15 years coaching at Meridian High School (Bellingham WA), Ferndale High School (Ferndale, WA), Blaine High School (Blaine, WA) and with the American Basketball Association's Bellingham Slam. This past summer Shook was the coach of the British Columbia U-17 Team that finished with a Bronze Medal at the National Championships held in Toronto, Ontario. During the summer 0f 2010, Shook was the Head Coach of the British Columbia U-16 Boy's Provincial Team. In 2009 he was assistant coach with the U-17 B.C. Boy's Team. He helped lead the team to a fourth place at the Canada Games in Summerside, P.E.I. After losing to eventual Gold Medalist's Quebec in the semi finals, B.C. lost a heartbreaker to Ontario in the Bronze Medal game, losing out on a place on the medal podium. Coach Shook also has spent this fall working with Basketball B.C.'s Regional Training Centre in the Vancouver area. The 39-year-old Shook played his high school basketball at Ferndale High School where he was an all-league player and continued his career at Yakima Valley College (Yakima, WA). He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Western Washington University. Sean Shook is beginning his fourth year as head coach of the Men's Basketball program at Quest University Canada. Coach Shook is excited by the opportunity that Quest presents to build a competitive program.
