Victoria, BC - It took a few minutes but the Kermodes were able to bounce back from late night disappointment and as the final minutes ticked away in the first quarter were able to break open a tight contest on their way to a 31-22 halftime lead against a very good Camosun Chargers team.  The second half saw both teams exchange runs as the Kermodes clawed there way to a 68-57 road victory.

Nicola Hitchcock lead the Kermodes with 15 points and 8 rebounds.  While both Delainee Behrns and Katrin Sandbichler chipped in with 12 points for the Quest women.

For the hometown chargers, Aija Salvador went 4/6 from deep on her way to 15 points while Caitlin Marshall went 3/9 from downtown scoring 13 on the night.

The Kermodes next action is Thursday when Sea-to-Sky rival Capilano comes to town.  Game time is 6pm for Women while the men will follow at 8pm.
